Micro-blogging platform Twitter reportedly faced global outages on Saturday. While a larger outage was reported globally at around 6AM IST, Indian users face issues with the service from around 5PM IST. While Twitter has not addressed the outage, outage tracker DownDetector saw user reports of trouble with the service.
