Tens of thousands of revellers took to the streets of Tapei on Saturday to participate in Taiwan's Pride parade amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Over 130,000 people came together, dancing and singing in support for the LGBTQ+ community, making it the biggest in-person celebration of LGBTQ rights since the onset of the pandemic, NBC News reported.
The celebrations also came as Taiwan hit over 200 days without any locally transmitted cases of Covid-19.
