The cryptocurrency wars: Govt may block IP address of exchanges

Even as the govt continues to form it’s policy against the vastly popular cryptocurrency trend reports indicate the Govt is looking to block IP addresses of companies/exchanges on which trading in cryptocurrencies is happening.


The finance minister had reassured that the blockchain technology will not be banned as it is used by many fintech companies but the government is looking into legality of volatile cryptocurrencies such bitcoin.
