The Awkward Talk: How to start the 'drug conversation' with your kids?

As children get older, it often becomes hard for parents and children to talk to each other freely. This makes it incredibly tough to actually discuss drug use, substance use or just about anything. 

The parent or caregivers should try to keep conversations free-flowing and avoid making it about just telling the child what or how to do things, explains Shamin Mehrotra, Mental Health Therapist and Co-founder, Narrative Practices India.
