Billionaire Warren Buffett, the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, compared the rapid advancement of AI technology to the creation of the atom bomb and expressed concerns about its long-term consequences.
While acknowledging that AI has its limits, he recognised its capacity to do all kinds of things and stressed the need to think about the long-term consequences of AI.
Speaking at Berkshire Hathaway’s annual meeting, Buffet also stated that while AI has the potential to change everything in the world, it can't alter human thinking and behaviour.
