Samsung has expanded its premium home audio portfolio in India with the launch of the new Music Studio Series, a lineup of Wi-Fi speakers designed to deliver immersive sound while blending into modern living spaces. The new range comprises the Music Studio 5 and Music Studio 7, both of which integrate with Samsung's wider ecosystem of TVs, soundbars and SmartThings-enabled devices.
Designed by French designer Erwan Bouroullec, the speakers feature a distinctive dot-inspired aesthetic that Samsung says draws inspiration from universal symbols in music and art. Alongside the new design language, the company is focusing on intelligent connectivity and spatial audio, positioning the Music Studio Series as a premium home entertainment solution.
The Music Studio 7 is the flagship model in the new lineup and features a 3.1.1-channel speaker configuration with dedicated left, centre, right and top-firing drivers for a more immersive listening experience. According to Samsung, its Audio Lab Pattern Control Technology helps minimise signal overlap for improved sound directionality, while AI Dynamic Bass Control enhances low-frequency output without introducing distortion.
The speaker can operate as a standalone unit or be paired with compatible Samsung TVs and other Samsung audio products to create a larger multi-speaker setup.
For users looking for a more compact option, Samsung has introduced the Music Studio 5. The speaker adopts a gallery-inspired design intended to complement home interiors while still delivering balanced audio performance.
It features a woofer paired with dual tweeters and an integrated waveguide, with tuning carried out by Samsung Audio Lab. AI Dynamic Bass Control is also present, while connectivity options include Wi-Fi streaming, Bluetooth using Samsung Seamless Codec, voice control and support for popular music streaming services.
Both speakers integrate with Samsung's SmartThings platform, allowing users to manage playback, adjust sound settings and control multiple speakers through a single app. They also support Samsung's enhanced Q-Symphony feature, enabling users to pair up to five compatible Samsung audio devices with a Samsung TV for a more expansive surround sound experience.
The Samsung Music Studio Series is now available through Samsung's online store, major e-commerce platforms and authorised retail outlets across India. Pricing starts at Rs. 27,900.
