Xiaomi is set to launch its Xiaomi 14 series globally on February 25, 2024, right before the MWC 2024. This series, which includes the flagship Xiaomi 14 Ultra, along with the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro global variants, was first introduced in China in October 2023, showcasing the new HyperOS interface.

The global launch date has been officially confirmed by Xiaomi's CEO, Lei Jun, although it's still uncertain if the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will also be released worldwide at the same time.

Global Launch: A Prelude to MWC 2024

Lei Jun, the CEO of Xiaomi, has confirmed the global launch of the Xiaomi 14 series for February 25, marking a significant prelude to the MWC 2024. This strategic timing underlines Xiaomi's ambition to make a significant impact at one of the tech industry's most significant global gatherings. While anticipation is high, details about the inclusion of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra in this global debut remain speculative.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra Specifications (Expected)

Leaked on Geekbench, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is expected to pack a powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and the latest Android 14-based HyperOS. Other rumoured features include a stunning 6.7-inch 2K AMOLED 120Hz display, an advanced ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, and a versatile quad rear camera setup boasting a 50-megapixel primary sensor.

Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro Specifications (Expected)
