Samsung, India’s largest consumer electronics brand, has announced an upgrade to its Samsung Care+ program, offering additional benefits to consumers without extra costs. The Samsung Care+ program provides extended protection beyond the regular Samsung warranty for Samsung Galaxy smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, and notebooks.
The revamped Samsung Care+ program now allows consumers to make two claims per year, at no added costs. This applies to both screen protection and accidental and liquid damage protection plans. Samsung Care+ is the only authorized program for Galaxy devices, providing 100% coverage without depreciation.
Customers can choose between walk-in or pick-up and drop facilities for claim registration. Samsung Care+ offers access to expert technicians who use only genuine Samsung parts, ensuring optimal device performance and longevity.
Samsung Care+ currently offers four different protection plans, tailored to meet the diverse needs of Galaxy device users. The plans are backed by a nationwide network of service centers and start at INR 399. They cover a range of Galaxy devices, including Galaxy smartphones, Galaxy tablets, Galaxy Watch, and Galaxy Books.
The Samsung Care+ program provides a hassle-free claim process requiring zero documentation. It also ensures absolute data privacy and protection. Customers can conveniently track the status of their claim or repairs through a simple tracking process.
Consumers have several options to purchase Samsung Care+ to protect their Galaxy devices. When making a purchase on Samsung.com, Samsung Care+ can be added to the basket at checkout. Alternatively, consumers can visit the Samsung Care+ Online Shop within six months of purchase to buy a policy.
For those buying from a Samsung Experience Store, Samsung Care+ can be purchased with the device or within 60 days of purchase. Devices bought from other retailers can be registered, and Samsung Care+ can be bought up to six months after purchase on the Samsung Care+ Online Shop.
