Foldable Phone fans looking for a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 device in India are in for some good news. Motorola has slashed the prices of Moto Razr 40 Ultra foldable smartphones, making them more accessible to a wider audience.

The Moto Razr 40 Ultra has received a significant ₹20,000 discount, bringing its starting price down to ₹69,999. This was originally launched at ₹89,999, making it a more competitive option in the premium foldable phone segment.

The standard Moto Razr 40 has also seen a price reduction of ₹10,000, starting now at ₹49,999. This positions it as a more affordable alternative to other foldable phones on the market.

 Moto Razr 40 Ultra Specs and Features

The Moto Razr 40 Ultra stands out in the market with its cutting-edge specifications. It boasts a 6.9-inch FHD+ pOLED LTPO main display, offering a sharp resolution of 2640 x 1080. The device impresses with its up to 165Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1400 nits, ensuring a vivid and responsive user experience.

Additionally, it includes a 3.6-inch pOLED external display, providing up to 144Hz refresh rate and 1100 nits of peak brightness.

Under the hood, the Moto Razr 40 Ultra is equipped with the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, coupled with 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. This combination ensures smooth performance and ample storage space for users.

The device's durability is reinforced with an IP52 Water-repellent rating and protection by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on both front and back, along with a 7000 series aluminium frame. The Moto Razr 40 Ultra also features an aesthetically pleasing Vegan leather back in Viva Magenta colour.

For photography enthusiasts, the Moto Razr 40 Ultra offers a dual camera setup, including a 12MP primary sensor with OIS and a 13MP ultra-wide angle + Macro sensor. This setup promises versatile and high-quality photography capabilities.

Audio quality is another highlight, with dual stereo speakers supporting Dolby Atmos and Spatial Sound. The device is powered by a 3,800 mAh battery, compatible with 33W TurboPower charging for quick battery replenishment.

Running on My UX based on Android 13, the Moto Razr 40 Ultra is set to receive updates up to Android 16 and four years of security patch updates. Motorola has also confirmed that the Moto Razr 40 series will be upgraded to Android 14.
