iQoo 9, iQoo 9 Pro smartphones to launch in India soon: report

A report by IANS states that the iQoo 9 series will launch in India. The report quotes iQoo CEO Nipun Marya as saying that the iQoo 9 series, comprising the iQoo 9 and iQoo 9 Pro smartphones, will come to India ‘very soon’. No official details for the launch date or time have yet been announced.

iQoo 9 Pro specifications

The iQoo 9 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, paired with up to 12GB RAM, and up to 512GB storage. The handset gets iQoo’s VC Liquid Cooling system for sustained performance.

The iQoo 9 Pro sports a 6.78-inch QHD+ LTPO AMOLED display, with a variable refresh rate of 120Hz, and a touch sampling rate of 360Hz.

For optics, the smartphone gets a triple rear camera setup, with a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP ultra-wide angle camera, and a 16MP portrait camera. It also gets a 16MP selfie camera.

Keeping the lights on is a 4,700mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
