HMD Pulse, HMD Pulse Pro design renders leaked revealing specs, India launch expected soon: Report

HMD Global is yet to officially unveil its upcoming smartphones. In the latest news however, tipster Steve H.McFly (@OnLeaks) has leaked design renders of two HMD smartphones- HMD Pulse and HMD Pulse Pro. Details and specifications of the two smartphones too have been revealed. 

HMD Pulse: Specifications leaked

This comes via tipster Steve H. McFly, who leaked the details in collaboration with tech publication MrSmartPrice. According to the information, the HMD Pulse will likely boast a 6.56-inch HD+ IPS display and feature an AI-enhanced 13-megapixel primary rear camera. 

The smartphone is expected to be powered by an octa-core chipset and come with a robust 5,000mAh battery. 

The device's design, revealed through renders, showcases a minimalist aesthetic with slim bezels and a hole-punch display. 

The HMD Pulse will be available in three colors: blue, black, and pink.

Details of price are not available yet, but we can expect the smartphone to launch in India soon. 

HMD Pulse Pro: Specifications leaked

The details of the HMD Pulse Pro come via publication 91Mobiles. They’ve revealed that this model will enhance the standard features seen in the base model. 

According to renders, the Pro variant will maintain a similar screen size and resolution but will be distinguished by its dual rear camera setup. This setup includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor paired with a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

The HMD Pulse Pro design also includes a textured finish for improved grip and a larger chin compared to its counterpart.

The HMD Pulse Pro is anticipated to hit the market at a price of EUR 179 (approximately Rs. 15,900), featuring 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

It will be powered by the Unisoc T606 SoC and feature a 90Hz refresh rate on its 6.56-inch display. Additional attributes include an IP52 rating for dust and splash resistance and a 3.5mm audio jack.

Comparison: HMD Pulse vs Pulse Pro

When comparing the HMD Pulse vs Pulse Pro, consumers will notice that both models share a similar display and battery capacity but differ significantly in their camera capabilities and external design. 

The Pro version offers a higher resolution camera and a more rugged design with additional texturing on the rear panel.

As the HMD Pulse series launch draws near, the excitement surrounding these devices grows, fueled by the steady flow of detailed rumors and leaks.
