The new Apple MacBook Air M2 goes on sale in India on July 15, 2022.
It is offered in multiple variants. The base version with an 8-core CPU, 8-core GPU, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of SSD storage costs Rs 1,19,900.
On the other hand, buyers can max out the new MacBook Air with a 10-core GPU, 24GB of RAM, 2TB of SSD, and a 67W power brick for a whopping Rs 2,49,900.
With qualifying HDFC Bank credit cards, buyers will be able to receive an instant cashback of Rs 6,000, as well as 3 or 6 months of no-cost EMI.
In addition, all MacBook Air M2 buyers will receive three months of Apple TV+ for free.
The new MacBook Air M2 features a 13.6-inch LED screen with a resolution of 2,560 x 1,664 pixels, 500 nits of brightness, and True Tone technology. The display's notch contains a video camera with a resolution of 1080p.
The laptop is powered by Apple's M2 chipset with an 8-core CPU, 8/10-core GPU, and 16-core Neural Engine, as announced previously.
According to Apple, the new M2 processor is 18 percent quicker in CPU performance and 35 percent faster in GPU performance.
It also delivers up to 18 hours of battery life, which is a significant boost over the M1 chipset from the previous year. Users can acquire as much as 24GB of RAM and 2TB of storage space.
The laptop's audio features include a four-speaker sound system with broad stereo sound and spatial audio compatibility, a three-microphone array with directional beamforming, and a 3.5mm headphone connection.
It will be offered in India in Silver, Starlight Space, Grey, and Midnight colours.
