Vivo is preparing to introduce the Vivo V29 series in India, starting with the most budget-friendly option, the Vivo V29e. This launch marks a shift in the company's approach, as it plans to debut this device globally, unlike the previous models Vivo V27e or V25e that were not released in India.
The Chinese manufacturer has unveiled specific aspects of the Vivo V29e on a special microsite. Branded as "The Masterpiece," the emphasis appears to be on the aesthetics of the device. Vivo is touting a design that is "slim, sleek and light," and the Vivo V29e will be offered in "eye-catching colours."
The Vivo V29e is anticipated to come with 8GB of RAM and two storage options, 128GB and 256GB. The starting price for the phone could be around Rs 30,000. According to Geekbench tests, the device might be equipped with either the Snapdragon 480 or Snapdragon 480+ chipset. Further details about the model are currently limited.
Following the Vivo V29e, the Vivo V29 and V29 Pro models are slated to be introduced in India. The global variant's design was teased in a video and is said to be influenced by the Vivo S17 series, which is exclusive to China. These devices, including the Vivo V29e, could be available in the Indian market as early as this month.
