2-time Olympic Medalist Sushil Kumar, currently in judicial custody and accused of murder, has been suspended from his job in the Railways. Sushil was arrested by a special cell team of Delhi Police on 23rd May in connection with a murder of a young wrestler at New Delhi's Chatrasal stadium on 4th May. Since the murder, Sushil was on the run and the cops finally nabbed him in Delhi's Mundka region. According to Railways, Sushil has been suspended since his day of detention which is 23rd May and will remain suspended till further orders. Sushil was employed by Northern Railways as a senior commercial manager and was posted at Chatrasal Stadium on deputation as an Officer on Special Duty.
