Sputnik V vaccine to be likely available in Delhi from June 15

Russian Covid-19 vaccine, Sputnik V is expected to be available in Delhi from next week at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital. An Apollo Delhi spokesperson said that the vaccination programme will likely start from June 15.

Hospital authorities however, said that the roll out can be finalised only if the consignment duly arrives on Monday evening. The first phase roll out of Sputnik V by Apollo Hospital and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories was done in Hyderabad on May 17 and in Vishakhapatnam on May 18.

Govt has capped the price of each dose of vaccine at Rs. 1145 for private hospitals.
