Grace Harris' superb innings helped UP Warriorz beat Gujarat Giants by 3 wickets at Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai. With the win, UP not only booked a berth in Eliminator but also knocked Gujarat and Royal Challengers Bangalore out of the WPL 2023.

In a must-win game, Gujarat needed a big victory to keep their hopes alive for playoffs. However, Sneh Rana's side managed to score only 178 runs batting first. Ashleigh Gardner was the top run-scorer with a 39-ball 60.

Chasing the modest total, UP were reduced to 39-3 before Tahila McGrath and Grace Harris came together, stitching a 78-run stand. Though Tahila returned to the pavilion after scoring her fifty, Harris kept UP in the hunt with her powerful strikes.

Ultimately, Sophie Ecclestone took Warriorz home with one ball to spare.
