Members of the Indian cricket team took some time off their busy schedule in Australia and ironically dined at a well-known Indian restaurant 'British Raj' on the eve of their T20 World Cup 2022 semi-final vs England.
A senior BCCI official told the PTI that the players hardly had any time to relax and take their mind off from the pressure of a high-octane tournament. Hence the players and their partners who are present joined for a team dinner. 'This is a team bonding exercise also and a chance to completely unwind,' he added.

Earlier in the tournament, the Indian team had some issues with the kind of menu that was decided by the ICC as it didn't suit their tastebuds. But surely, the experience this time was top-notch the restaurant is famous for its chicken tikka, Kashmiri pilau and lamb rogan josh.
India take on England in the semi-final on Thursday in Adelaide.
