Do you ever wonder what Indian & Pakistani captains talk about when they meet? Are their conversations solely focused on the India-Pak contest?

Both Babar Azam & Rohit Sharma revealed that they talk about everything, but cricket.

"I think we don't even talk anything about cricket. We just talk about general things ..we try to..he is older to me, so I try to learn from his experience because he has played for so long and try to learn as much because it will be good for us,” Babar said.

Rohit Sharma too had his own fun take, highlighting how cars are also a huge topic of discussion between players from the two nations.

He said, "Like Babar just said, he is absolutely right. We understand the importance of the game but there is no point in just talking about it every time and creating that pressure within yourself. So, whenever we meet each other, just met at Asia Cup and then now...talk about what happens at home, how is the family, we talk about such things."

"I have met all his teammates and that is what we talk to each other...even the players from our previous generation, they have told us between the players the talk is always about personal things like family, home, about life...like what new vehicle have you bought, which new vehicle are you going to buy...it is often this kind of talk," Rohit added.

With the World Cup set to begin with the Super 12 qualifiers on Sunday, the team captains addressed the media ahead of the marquee event.

It was also Babar Azam’s birthday and the Pakistani superstar celebrated it with all the captains present at the press meet, with Australian captain Aaron Finch himself bringing out the cake for the 28-year-old.
