The wrestlers protesting at Delhi's Jantar Mantar have alleged that Sports Minister Anurag Thakur never acted on their complaints against former WFI chief & BJP MP Brijbhushan Sharan Singh.

Vinesh Phogat, while addressing the media said, "We told the Sports Minister everything. All girls told him how they were sexually harassed, shared their ordeals, cried in front of him and all he did was make a committee and the entire matter was hushed up."

While Delhi Police has registered two FIRs against Brijbhushan Singh, he hasn't been arrested even though one of the cases pertains to the non-bailable POCSO Act.
