Olympic medallist Sakshi Malik on Monday called out those who morphed images of her fellow wrestlers Sangeeta and Vinesh online.
Speaking to news agency ANI, Sakshi said, 'Those who are doing this have no shame at all. How does God create such people?'
Vinesh Phogat had posted a photo with her cousin Sangeeta sitting in a bus following their detention during the wrestlers' protest march.
However, Vinesh's original post was lost in a sea of images morhped using artificial intelligence that showed the two cousins smiling for the camera.
Malik added, 'Pasting smiles on the faces of girls who are disturbed...I don't think they even have a heart. The IT cell is trying to defame us.'
Several users came forward after the morphed image was published, including Bajrang Punia, debunking the fake photo that was in circulation.
