Remember Raygun... That Break dancer from the 2024 Olympics? Of course, you do! Who could forget her infamous zero-point performance in Paris? Well, she’s back in the news, this time for being ranked number one in the world! Confused? So was the entire breaking community.

Turns out, Rachael Gunn's performance in Paris didn’t count towards the rankings at all! The World DanceSport Federation clarified that Olympic events don’t impact the standings. Raygun's top spot comes from her win at the Oceania Championships last year. With no ranking events during the Olympics, the score from one event was enough to keep her at the top.

Many in the breaking world are calling out the system, claiming it doesn’t reflect the true competition. But the WDSF insists their process is fair, and more changes are coming soon.

Does Raygun deserve her spot, or is the ranking system flawed ? Drop your thoughts below.
