23-time men's grand slam champion Novak Djokovic withdrew from the Toronto Masters, citing fatigue as the primary reason.

'After speaking with my team, we believe this is the right decision to take. I really hope I can return to Canada and Toronto in the coming years to play in front of great fans there,' said Djokovic, who has won the National Bank Open four times.

The 36-year-old from Serbia recently lost a gruelling 5-set Wimbledon Final to Carlos Alcaraz.
