Tennis star Novak Djokovic has left Australia after getting sanctions from the local government, but he is still drawing support as a few dozen protesters took out a march in Melbourne on Monday.

The anti-vaccine supporters staged a protest outside the Australian Open venue Rod Laver Arena. They carried banners and signs calling for an end to vaccine mandates.

Notably, the defending champion Djokovic was in the hunt for his 21st Grand Slam in the 2022 Australian Open but the Australian government cancelled his visa twice and the Serbian was deported on Sunday.
