The Indian duo of Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty on Sunday won a historic men's doubles title at the Indonesia Open in Jakarta, becoming the first such pair from the country to claim a Super 1000 event.
The world No. 6 pair thrashed Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yika of Malaysia in straight games 21-17, 21-18 in just 43 minutes.
Satwik-Chirag have also won a gold medal at the Birmingham Commonwealth Games and bronze at the world championships last year.
