Indian squash star Anahat Singh clinches U-15 British Junior Open Title

India's squash prodigy Anahat Singh made the nation proud as she clinched the Girls’ Under-15 squash title in the British Junior Open, one of the most prestigious tournaments of the season in Birmingham on Sunday.

Delhi girl Anahat Singh, beat Sohaila Hazem of Egypt, 3-1 in the final. The British Junior Open is held in January every year in the U.K. where all the best players from all over the world compete to win the coveted title.

With her 3rd final, Anahat is now the most successful Indian player in the British Junior Open.

Anahat, who represented India in the Commonwealth Games at the same venue in August 2022, has reached the finals in all her three appearances at the British Junior Open.
