Indian boxing legend Kaur Singh passes away at 74

Asian Games gold medallist, Boxer Kaur Singh, who once fought the legendary Muhammad Ali in an exhibition bout, died at 74 years of age at a hospital in Haryana's Kurukshetra.

He was 74 and was undergoing treatment for multiple health problems.

Singh had won the heavyweight boxing Gold at the 1982 Asian Games in New Delhi. He was conferred the Arjuna Award in 1982 and Padma Shri in 1983.
