Asian Games 2023: Vithya Ramraj finishes 3rd in women's 400m hurdles, adds bronze to India's tally

Vithya Ramraj added another medal to India's athletics tally with a bronze in the women's 400m hurdles.

Vithya, who equalled PT Usha's record during the qualification, finished with a time of 55.68 seconds. Vithya's medal was also India's 63rd medal at the Asian Games.

Asian record holder, Bahrain's Oluwakemi Adekoya was the favourite to win Gold and she did just that with an Asian Games record of 54.45 seconds.
