Asian Games 2023 Medal Tally on Sep 27: India 7th in standings after day 4 at Hangzhou 2022

On the fourth day of Asian Games 2023, Indian players added a total of 8 medals to their tally. These 8 medals include 2 gold, 3 silver and 3 bronze medals.

The maximum number of medals came in shooting with Sift Kaur Samra, Manini Kaushik and Aashi Choksi winning silver medal in 50 meter rifle event and a gold medal in the 25-meter pistol team event.

India's Sift Kaur won the first individual gold medal in the 50-meter rifle event.

India won the bronze medal in the skeet shooting men's team event. Isha Singh won a silver medal in the women's 25-meter air pistol event. Vishnu Saravanan won the bronze medal in the sailing men's event.

India had a good day for horse riding. Hriday Chheda and Anshu Agarwal have confirmed their place in the finals. Apart from this, Roshibina Devi has confirmed her place for the gold match in Wushu. Let us tell you that India is ranked at 7 with 22 medals so far including 5 gold, 7 silver and 10 bronze medals.
