Olympic gold medallist Neeraj Chopra is likely to return to action as he figured in the list of competitors for the Lausanne Diamond League Meeting on August 26.

The 24-year-old had pulled out of the recently concluded Commonwealth Games 2022 due to a "minor" groin strain which he suffered while winning a historic silver in the World Championships in July.

A source told India Today that Neeraj was working on his rehabilitation and his team will take a call about the Lausanne Diamond League closer to the event.
