Lucknow Super Giants' pacer Jaydev Unadkat has been ruled out of remainder of IPL 2023 after he injured his left shoulder during a LSG training session.

In a freek accident, Unadkat's left foot got stuck in the rope that keeps the net up and he had a nasty fall on his bowling elbow and hurt himself in the process.

The fast bowler was then seen with his arm in a sling and an ice pack on his shoulder. The 31-year-old travelled to Mumbai for the scans, and currently, BCCI is keeping a close eye on his development

Unadkat is also part of India's World Test Championship final squad but the pacer is likely to get fit before the clash vs Australia on June 7.
