MS Dhoni may be 42 years old but he hasn't lost his charm yet. The wicketkeeper rolled back the years on Wednesday when he took a flying catch to dismiss Vijay Shankar in the Chennai Super Kings' second game of IPL 2024 against the Gujarat Titans.
Dhoni's super effort reduced GT to 55/3 as a dangerous-looking Shankar was out for 12.
The world has been waiting to see the former CSK skipper bat for the first time since last year's IPL final but Dhoni hasn't come out to bat in CSK's 2 matches so far.
MSD gave up captaincy just a day ahead of IPL 2024 and Ruturaj Gaikwad was made the skipper.
The 17th edition of the cash-rich league is likely to be Dhoni's swansong but Dhoni is yet to make an official announcement.
