The Lucknow Super Giants will once again switch to their green and maroon jersey for the IPL 2024 game against the Kolkata Knight Riders at the Eden Gardens on Sunday.

The colour combination is similar to the ones worn by the Indian Super League team Mohun Bagan Super Giant, which is also owned by the same owner, Sanjeev Goenka.

Lucknow Super Giants shared a collage of their players in the special jersey with the caption, 'New colours for the big game!'

LSG did the same last year when they faced KKR at this ground. The idea is to connect local fans with the team by capitalising on the major fan following of Mohun Bagan Super Giant in the city of joy.
