Lucknow Super Giants' Shivam Mavi ruled out of IPL 2024

Lucknow Super Giants bowler Shivam Mavi was on Wednesday ruled out of the ongoing edition of IPL owing to an injury. 

In a video posted by the franchise, Mavi bid goodbye to his LSG teammates and requested fans to continue support the team. 


The exact nature of the injury was not stated, but the 25-year-old revealed that he had just returned from injury with hopes of doing well for his team. 

Mavi was Lucknow's costliest player of the 2023 mini-auction at ₹6.4 crore.
