The final league game of IPL 2024 was abandoned due to incessant rains without a ball being bowled on May 19 between RR and KKR.
The no-result game meant that KKR ended their league phase as table-toppers while Rajasthan were relegated to the third spot.
In the earlier game on Sunday, between SRH and PBKS, Hyderabad cruised to an easy victory over a depleted Punjab to secure a good enough NRR for a second spot.
With all games completed, the attention now shifts to the final four games of the 2024 season.
Kolkata Knight Riders and Sunrisers Hyderabad will battle it out for a spot in the final on May 21 in Ahmedabad.
While, the Eliminator will be held at the same venue, between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Rajasthan Royals.
