On March 26, South Africa pulled off the highest successful run-chase in T20 Internationals, chasing down a mammoth 259 against the West Indies, all thanks to Quinton de Kock's 43-ball 100.

And despite being in top form, de Kock, who only arrived in India on the 3rd of April, is leaving no stone unturned in his preparations for Lucknow Super Giants' next games.

From gym sessions to rigorous nets, the South African star is sweating it out in a bid to be in top shape for the challenge ahead.

Beware, Sunrisers! There's a warning of a QdK storm at the Ekana on Friday night.
