Rinku Singh's five consecutive sixes against Gujarat Titans in IPL 2023 have made him a household name.

Having battled poverty himself during his formative years, Rinku is now doing his bit for budding cricketers from his hometown.

According to a New Indian Express report, Rinku is giving around Rs 50 Lakh to construct a hostel in Aligarh, which will provide services to young cricketers at a marginal cost.

"As he is financially sound now, he has decided to make it a reality," Masooduz-Zafar added.
