From changing their logo to doning the MI blue jerseys, to fans cheering on RCB in Delhi Capitals & Mumbai Indians' match, stars finally aligned for the Faf du Plessis-led side who entered playoffs after Delhi suffered a heartbreaking 5 wicket defeat on Saturday.

RCB showed its support to Mumbai Indians by changing its logo to blue. Sporting the MI jerseys, senior players like Glenn Maxwell, Faf du Plessis, and Virat Kohli sent a message of support to Tim David. 'I got a message from Faf du Plessis, it was a picture of him, Maxi, and Kohli all in MI kit', David revealed in the post-match interview.

Even before the match began, Dinesh Karthik and Glen Maxwell from their personal Twitter accounts showed support to the Rohit Sharma-led side. If DC would have won the match, RCB would have been knocked out of the competition. However, David's fiery 34 in 11 balls, helped RCB make it to the 4th spot of the IPL 2022 playoffs.
