IPL 2022: I want Yuzvendra Chahal to win Purple cap, says Kuldeep Yadav

Delhi Capitals' Kuldeep Yadav and Rajasthan Royals' Yuzvendra Chahal who are fondly called as 'KulCha' in the Indian Cricket circle have been enjoying the IPL 2022 so far. They are currently placed at the top of the list of players with most wickets.

In the previous match vs Kolkata Knight Riders on Thursday, Player of the match Kuldeep Yadav dismantled Kolkata's batting line-up and picked up 4 wickets conceding just 14 runs. DC won the match by 4 wickets. Kuldeep has 17 wickets now as compared to 18 wickets of Chahal. 

While talking about Chahal at the post-match presentation ceremony, Kuldeep said that he is like his big brother who has always backed him, motivated him when he was injured and Chahal has never been his competition as he wants Chahal to win the Purple Cap.

Delhi Capitals' spinner further added that he learnt from his failures and he doesn't get scared of failing now.
