As India's biggest cricket extravaganza is set to begin from Saturday, RCB's newly-appointed captain Faf du Plessis reunited with his former teammate MS Dhoni during the net sessions.
In the pictures posted by Chennai Super Kings on their social media platforms, du Plessis is seen interacting with his former teammates in the CSK team huddle as well.
du Plessis was instrumental in CSK's success during previous season of IPL. However, Chennai failed to bag the South African during the Mega Auctions.
Earlier, du Plessis heaped praises on former CSK Captain Dhoni and said that he was lucky enough to play under the captaincy of MSD for a long time.
Faf du Plessis will be leading Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in this year's IPL. RCB brought him for Rs 7 crore in the Mega Auctions.
