Batting first, Jos Buttler-led-side put on board 364 runs at the loss of 9 wickets in 50 overs. While David Malan got 140 runs for England, Joe Root smashed 82 runs on 68 balls.
Chasing the huge target, Bangladesh line-up faltered terribly as Reece Topley picked 4 wickets to restrict the Bangla Tigers to 227 runs in 48.2 overs. With 76 runs, Liton Das turned out to be the highest scorer for Bangladesh. Reece Topley took 4 wickets for England.
