Mohammed Rizwan came out in support of the people in Gaza as he dedicated his match-winning knock vs Sri Lanka in ODI World Cup 2023 to them.
'This was for our brothers and sisters in Gaza. Happy to contribute to the win. Credits to the whole team and especially Abdullah Shafique and Hassan Ali for making it easier' wrote Rizwan on X.
He also thanked the crowd and said, 'Extremely grateful to the people of Hyderabad for the amazing hospitality and support throughout.'
Rizwan's unbeaten 131 guided Pakistan to their highest-successful run chase in the history of the ODI World Cup.
