Heinrich Klaasen went on an absolute rampage with his magnificent ton, propelling South Africa to 399/7 against England.
While Reeza Hendricks and Rassie van der Dussen provided a solid foundation after Quinton de Kock faltered, it was Klaasen who hit his 3rd hundred of the year. He scored an impressive 109 off just 67 balls to propel Proteas to a huge total.
Klaasen, who struggled with cramps, had an able partner in Marco Jansen whose 75* (42 balls) helped South Africa post the highest-ever total against England in ODI history.
The duo's stunning partnership helped them add 151 runs for the 6th wicket in just 77 balls.
As England struggled with their bowling, the proteas batters went on to accumulate 143 runs in the final ten overs with Klaasen's 4th ton overall providing the perfect climax to the innings.
