A landmark Harry Kane goal in the 15th minute was enough for Tottenham Hotspur as they beat Manchester City 1-0 on Sunday night.
Kane's strike was his 267th for Spurs, making him the club's all-time record-scorer. He went past the legendary Jimmy Greaves and put Tottenham within a point of a Champions League spot.
It proved to be a frustrating night for Manchester City, who failed to cut down the gap with league leaders Arsenal.
Pep Guardiola's side continue to be 5 points behind the Gunners, who also have a game in hand.
