After shattering many records on the field, star footballer Lionel Messi broke Cristiano Ronaldo's record of most likes on an Instagram post as well.
Messi's Instagram picture after winning the World Cup has garnered more than 50 million likes so far, beating Ronaldo's previous record of 41.9 million likes for his picture alongside Messi.

In the post, Messi thanked supporters and wrote that the 2022 World Cup victory shows the team is above individualities and when Argentines fight together, milestones would be achieved.
