English club Arsenal have completed the signing of Oleksandr Zinchenko from Premier League Champions Manchester City.

The Gunners have signed the 25-year-old on a £30m deal, which includes £2m in add-ons.

Zinchenko, who was in the USA for City’s pre-season tour, had to fly back to complete his move. The Ukrainian international plays as a midfielder for his country but for City, he was preferred in the left-back position.

He only made 15 appearances last season as the Blues retained their Premier League crown. He’s the second player from Manchester City to move to the London club this summer. Earlier this month, Brazilian striker Gabriel Jesus joined Arsenal for £45m.
