WPL 2023: Mumbai Indians kick-off preparations for inaugural season

Mumbai Indians have begun their preparations for the inaugural edition of the Women's Premier League under the watchful eyes of the coaching staff, led by head coach Charlotte Edwards.

On the sidelines of Mumbai's first practice session, Edwards said that she has heard a lot about these players and it has been fantastic to work with them in nets.

In the tournament opener, Mumbai will lock horns with Gujarat Giants on March 4 at DY Patil Stadium.
