It's not every day that you get to see the ball flying over the boundary courtesy of a fractured bat but Brisbane Heat's Grace Harris showcased her prowess by hitting Perth Scorchers' Piepa Cleary for a six in the Women's Big Bash League. While the ball travelled for a six, Harris' bat broke from the handle after the shot.
Grace had earlier asked for a new bat but later decided to face another delivery with it, and what followed was both unique and amusing for the people watching.
The Aussie batter finished with an unbeaten 136 off just 59 balls which helped her side get the better of the Scorchers and grab a 50-run win on the day.
