Adidas, the official apparel sponsor for Team India, unveiled the brand new jersey for the Men in Blue for the ODI World Cup 2023 on Wednesday.

Interestingly, the iconic three Adidas white stripes on the shoulders were replaced by the vibrant tricolour.

The BCCI logo now features 2 stars instead of 3 which mark the two ODI World Cup victories in 1983 and 2011. The regular shirt features 3 stars as it also includes the 2007 T20 World Cup triumph.

The jersey was released via a song sung by Indian rap singer Raftaar, titled '3 Ka Dream'.

Team India will begin their ICC 2023 World Cup campaign against five-time champions Australia at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on October 8.
