U-19 WC winning captain Shafali Verma clears 12th board exams, secures over 80%

India's U-19 world cup winning captain Shafali Verma added another feather to her cap on Sunday by clearing her 12th boards, securing over 80% in the exam. 

The prolific batter announced her result on social media with a photo of her marksheet, '2023 mei ek aur bohot special 80+ smash kiya, but iss baar 12th boards mei!' 

Verma, 19, added that she is very happy with her results and that she can't wait to give it her all to her favourite subject, that is cricket.
