Thieves steal personal bag including mobile phone of Fabian Allen outside team hotel | SA20

West Indian cricketer Fabian Allen was recently robbed at gunpoint near the Paarl Royals' team hotel in Johannesburg.

Thieves forcibly took away the mobile phone and personal bag of Allen, who is in South Africa for the SA20. The incident happened near the renowned Sandton Sun Hotel.

A Cricket West Indies (CWI) official told Cricbuzz, 'Our head coach Andre Coley, also hailing from Jamaica, reached out to Fabian. Contact was successfully established through Obed McCoy (another West Indies international). He is fine. CSA (Cricket South Africa) and his team, Paarl Royals, could share more details if there are any.'

Officials of SA20 and Paarl Royals also confirmed the incident. However, the Royals team management did not respond to queries from Cricbuzz.
